“We are taking another step towards sustainability with the upcoming rebuild of our board machine at the Kolicevo mill in Slovenia! The project, set to begin in August 2023, aims to improve product quality while reducing the company’s environmental footprint.
The rebuild project includes the latest technology and a state-of-the-art CurtainSizer to reduce specific CO2 emissions while increasing the board machine’s capacity. We are also investing in a new rewinder to optimize productivity by enabling higher speed.
At MM Board & Paper, sustainability is a long-term commitment, not just a short-term goal. We continuously invests in sustainable solutions to offer the best possible products. The upcoming rebuild at the Kolicevo mill demonstrates again our dedication to creating a better, more environmentally friendly future.”
